Dorothy is the cousin of Arthur. She starts Degrassi in the start of the 3rd season and is friends with Scooter, Tessa, and Bart. She also was seen in the second season of Degrassi in the episode entitled "Dinner and a Show", when Yick asked out Melanie at the same time that Snake asked her out. She chose Snake, because Snake is a man, and Yick is a boy. When Arthur and Yick go to see the film, and they search to find a good isle to sit down, a couple of rows back is Annabel Waugh, who is much younger with pigtails. She is not a central character, but sometimes she has made appearances in prior seasons of Degrassi.

As with Cathy Keenan (who played Liz on the series), it is apparent that even though she came in the middle of the second season of Degrassi from another Junior High School, it is certain that she played an extra on the series in the first season, as she had long-ish brown hair.

Dorothy has repeated the same character that Arthur portrayed in the first season. He was a little, seventh grader, who had no friends, and his sister did not acknowledge him. For Dorothy, telling her friends that Arthur was rich, and making bets on it is her thrill. She feels upset that Arthur does not acknowledge, but she later makes her own friends, and does not need him as much.
